Summary judgment was entered against the defendant on the issue of liability and jury trial was limited to the question of damages. A verdict was returned for $74.25, the exact amount of the special damages. Claiming this award was inadequate as a matter of law, plaintiff moved for a new trial. From a denial of that motion, plaintiff appeals.
